Our Powered Scarifier is specifically designed to help create the healthiest of lawns. Fitting neatly at the back of the tractor in place of the Powered Grass Collector (PGC), its power is supplied directly via the tractor’s engine. The spinning scarifying tines, which are made from hardened steel, rotate at high speed to remove thatch and moss.

It really is a “must” attachment for promoting a healthy grass plant, as it removes unwanted material, sending it to the lawn’s surface, for later collection with your PGC. The process of scarifying should be completed at least twice a year, in order for the lawn to grow back thicker and greener with reduced moss and weed.

The scarifier itself features fully adjustable height control and covers 76cm (30”) width of the lawn, enabling it to scarify just as quickly as it would be mowed.
